Job Description:

JBW Federal is seeking a CYBER Training Range Administrator to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) at Joint Base San Antonio, TX or Hurlburt Field, FL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the 39 IOS mission, cyber training ranges, and associated Weapon Systems.
• Support mission functions such as course management, faculty development, planning, project management, administrative and facility management, cyber range systems, communications, and AV systems in unclassified and classified environments.
• Purchase and install CTRE hardware and software as requested, supporting psychomotor training for Cyber Weapon Systems IQT and work role training.
• Ensure CTRE equipment meets RMF, STIGs, and APL standards, with a six-year lifecycle, utilizing available electrical and HVAC resources without infrastructure modifications.
• Maintain compatibility with current hardware, software, and networks, supporting current curricula and training missions.
• Enable course developers and instructors to provide effective training, with the ability to repair/replace components promptly.
• Support scaling to meet increased tasking across multiple locations, supporting at least three classrooms of 30 students each and 60 staff members, including virtual machines and training environments.
• Provision and de-provision classrooms with virtual machines, data replication, and network compatibility, ensuring minimal training disruption.
• Allow operators to assist, take-over, or restart training environments dynamically, with live backup and restore capabilities across the mesh network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in CYBER Training Range Administration.
• IAT/M Level II Certification (e.g., CCNA, GICSP, Sec+, GSEC, SSCP).
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS; must have or obtain a current passport within 60 days.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance.
