Management Analyst II
Job Location s: US-TX-Fort Sam Houston
Net Impact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Management Analyst to support a Federal Agency. This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, and conducts work simplification and measurement studies.
- Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in optimizing operational performance.
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success.
- Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
- Extract, interpret, and leverage data to form data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision‑making and prioritize resources effectively.
- Investigate and gather facts about agency programs and activities.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Communicating findings and proposals clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations related to healthcare operations.
- Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
- Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
- Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
- Experience conducting organizational assessments in a healthcare or military setting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
