This position supports the HNID‑ICAM Division at Lackland Air Force Base, TX.

• Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
• Assess programs within schedule and cost baselines, recommend viable solutions, and pursue alternative courses of action.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, plans, etc.).
• Plan, research, and analyze system acquisition regarding development, production, and deployment of weapons systems and associated equipment, and recommend strategies to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support and develop acquisition reports (e.g., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary, Monthly Acquisition Report).
• Participate in program management reviews, senior‑level meetings, and IMP/IMS reviews.
• Develop briefings and schedule reports of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years in the DoD.
• OR seven (7) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.

• Proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency is required.
• Must complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must obtain a Secret clearance by the date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including by air.
