Enterprise Management Tools – Systems Engineer TS/SCI w/Poly
Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as a Systems Engineer Senior lor cutting‑edge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients, prioritizing the end user’s experience and fostering career growth. As part of the Digital Services Enterprise Tools Team, you will perform system/application administration, maintenance, and operation of the Enterprise Management Tools Suite used across our enterprise server and network infrastructure.
Duties include monitoring tools system health, troubleshooting problems, adjusting thresholds, managing configuration changes, adding or deleting nodes/accounts/profiles, monitoring events and logs, and supporting performance monitoring solutions and metrics reporting for web applications.
- Solid understanding of event management, system/application health, OS, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end‑point performance, tuning and measurements.
- Ensure COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI‑based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes, patches, and new releases of the tools suite.
- Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and its users.
- Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. - Experience:
5+ years of related experience. - Security Clearance:
Current Top Secret SCI with Polygraph; ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly. - Skills and Abilities:
Windows Server Administration (Win Server 2016/2019/2022), RHEL/Linux Server Administration (RHEL 7/8/9), Network device administration (Juniper/Junos, Cisco/IOS, Palo Alto, Brocade), proficiency with web application technologies (HTML, web servers, application servers), Linux/UNIX commands, Windows Server OS, strong attention to detail, self‑starter. - Preferred:
Experience with Open Text Operations Bridge Suite (Operations Manager, Operations Bridge—Containerized, Operations Agent, APM, Site Scope, Operations Orchestrator, OPTIC Data Lake, BPM, Operations Bridge Reporter, Network Operations Management), Network Node Manager, Network Automation, InMon Traffic Sentinel, programming in Python, R, JavaScript, Perl or UNIX scripting, data analytics applications (Splunk or Elastic ELK). Knowledge of DoD 8750 minimum Security+ or Network+ Certification is desirable. - Location:
Client site, USA (TX, San Antonio). - Work Hours:
40 hours/week, day shift M‑F, availability for after‑hours on‑call. - Travel:
Less than 10%. - Telecommuting:

Salaried: $127,500 – $172,500 (range; actual offer based on experience, location, and contract).
