Role Description

Evo Tech is seeking a hands‑on, execution‑focused Product Marketing Specialist to operate as a one‑person marketing team. This role blends tactical product marketing with content creation, branding, and Go‑To‑Market support. You will be responsible for the creation of marketing assets end‑to‑end, managing digital content, and supporting messaging and launching efforts for Company’s solutions, ensuring our offerings are represented with clarity and impact.

The ideal candidate has both creative design ability and messaging instincts, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with SharePoint for asset organization, and familiarity with basic web updates and visual layout planning. You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Proposal, and Operations teams to execute deliverables ranging from proposal graphics and newsletters to GTM visuals and internal communications.

This is an on‑site position in San Antonio, Texas with the ability to telework at management discretion.

Responsibilities Product and Content Management
  • Oversee and organize all marketing and product‑related collateral in SharePoint to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • Update and maintain website pages, layouts, and brand visuals as needed. Support light UX/layout adjustments using templates or CMS tools.
  • Build mockups or wireframes when needed. Support proposal development with branded visuals, section layouts, and formatted pitch decks.
  • Pull competitor visuals and messaging to guide content direction.
Marketing and Design
  • Create on‑brand visuals for brochures, internal/external newsletters, infographics, campaign assets, and social content.
  • Collaborate on proposal styling and enablement graphics end‑to‑end.
  • Produce static and light animated content for digital channels. (Linked In, Instagram, X, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent branding across digital and print channels.
Collaboration and Reporting
  • Assist GTM efforts by converting messaging into visual assets and launch‑ready collateral.
  • Design leadership decks, internal communications, and recap Marketing materials.
  • Contribute to building and documenting brand standards as part of ongoing execution.
Requirements Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience (6‑8 years).
Experience
  • 3‑5 years of professional marketing or graphic design experience with a strong digital focus.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital advertising design best practices.
Other Skills
  • Experience with SharePoint for content and asset organization.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (Word Press or similar).
  • Ability to create wireframes and basic prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design and marketing work required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with developers and designers to maintain UI/UX consistency.
  • Skilled in digital content creation (blogs, campaigns, product pages) with strong understanding of storytelling, brand positioning, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Word Press) and digital analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD communications and proposal development.
  • Track record of contributing to, or leading go‑to‑market (GTM) efforts, including product launches and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) rollouts.
