• Provide governance to scrum teams focusing on systems engineering
• Work with Strategic Committee leaders to develop governance documents and procedures
• Help scrum teams solution the design of their applications
• Teach and train lead developers and developers on system design techniques
• Assist in gathering initial requirements for new efforts
• Recommend new best practices and governance models
• Work with external applications to design overarching systems
• Create and maintain product and application road map

• Expertise in Service Now Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
• 5+ years experience in Service Now architecture
• Proven ability to guide teams through Sec Ops solution design
• Experience with governance frameworks, systems engineering, and cross‑functional collaboration

• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Experience working with scrum teams

• US Citizenship required

The base pay range for this position in the specified locations is $98,500—$184,900 USD, based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
