Location: DHA locations in and around San Antonio, TX
Clearance Required: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II) via Tier 3 federal Background Investigation (NACLC)
The EM Reporting Admin delivers expert-level reporting and analytics support to monitor and optimize the performance and compliance of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver dashboards and reports using MECM, Power BI, and SQL queries.
- Provide data-driven insights on patch compliance, endpoint health, software deployment, and asset tracking.
- Support audit readiness by generating accurate, policy-aligned reports.
- Coordinate with other EM teams to define reporting requirements.
- Experience in IT reporting, analytics, or enterprise management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and security compliance reporting.
1) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
2) Any of the following...
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- OR 1 of the following:
Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, Cloud+, GICSP, GLSC, or CISSP - OR 1 of the following DoD/Military Training courses: F07DZ
