We seek a mid-level to senior developer or platform engineer eager to help our development team implement Dev Sec Ops  and platform engineering best practices. If you are self-motivated and enjoy solving challenges in a fast-paced environment, this position may be ideal for you. You will work on technology enablement initiatives within our Application Solutions Platform Engineering team, which adopts agile methodologies for delivery.

Our teams collaborate with third-party providers both onshore and offshore, as well as with our own developers, to deliver top-tier solutions for our stakeholders and end users.

You will report to the Director of Application Solutions.

• Expertise in software development best practices for CI/CD, configuration management, release management, and test management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and test automation.
• Knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Understanding of performance testing best practices.
• A security-conscious mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• University degree (BA, BS, or higher).

The target base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $130,000, determined by internal equity, market data, skills, experience, degrees, and certifications. Our pay-for-performance philosophy means total compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and other benefits.
