Position Overview:

Plateau GRP is seeking an experienced Project Lead / Technical Liaison to manage help desk operations, mentor technical staff, and serve as the primary onsite contact for the Air Force Recruiting Program Management Office (PMO). This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful project execution and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and administer technical instances, including help desk operations and staff mentoring.
* Assist with project management activities and configuration changes.
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert guidance to technical teams.
* Handle reporting, communication, document reviews, meeting support, and assist with policy creation.
* Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, internal teams, and government stakeholders.
* Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the Air Force Recruiting PMO.
* Ensure performance of required work and services, maintaining regular communication with the Project Manager.
* Oversee the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, providing development support.
* Perform Tier 3 testing, create test cases, support solutioning, and apply strong knowledge of Air Force Recruiting systems and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or project leadership role. Strong background in Agile methodologies, project management, and stakeholder communication.
