Corporate HR Electronic Records Coordinator

Location: San Antonio, TX

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $16/hour + Benefits

DSSW is looking for a Corporate HR Electronic Records Coordinator to join our team and help maintain accurate, secure personnel records. As part of our Corporate Human Resources team, you’ll ensure personnel records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. You’ll work closely with office sites, employees, and HR systems to keep everything running smoothly.

• Act as the primary liaison for personnel records between office sites and HR
• Send reminders and follow up on expired documents
• Maintain and audit electronic and paper‑based personnel files in HRIS
• Monitor personnel rosters for accuracy
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in records management or similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience a plus
• Ability to type 35 WPM and demonstrate Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
