Multi-Site Industrial Manufacturing | Executive Leadership Role

We are a growing, multi-site industrial manufacturing organization seeking a Corporate HR Director to serve as a trusted business partner to the President and Executive Team.

This is a hands-on, strategic HR leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and is comfortable spending time in the plants while building scalable HR systems. Position is based in San Antonio, TX

Key focus areas include:

• Partnering closely with operations and executive leadership
• Driving HR strategy aligned with operational and growth objectives
• Workforce planning, org design, talent development, and succession
• Compensation, benefits, employee relations, safety/EH&S partnership
• HR technology, HRIS/payroll implementation, and process digitization
• Building and leading a high-performing corporate HR team
• Ensuring compliance across U.S. and international operations

Ideal profile:

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-site manufacturing
• Strong operational mindset; automotive or 24/3 environments a plus
• Proven HR transformation and technology implementation experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must ; ability to travel to Mexico
