We are seeking an experienced HR Representative & Case Manager to support recruiting, compliance, and employee case management functions. This role works closely with leadership and hiring managers to support inclusive hiring practices and maintain full compliance with federal guidelines. The ideal candidate values company culture, communicates effectively, and thrives in a structured, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Outreach- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with JWOD/Ability One guidelines
- Design and implement recruitment, selection, and retention programs for individuals with and without disabilities
- Coordinate outreach efforts with community agencies, workforce centers, and vocational rehabilitation partners
- Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and hiring presentations
- Conduct candidate prescreens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Coach hiring teams on compliant and effective interviewing practices
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, including postings, offers, denials, and interview records
- Update applicant tracking systems and boards to ensure real-time candidate and employee status
- Create, manage, and audit employee case files, disability documentation, PEI, and DQDs in compliance with JWOD/Ability One requirements
- Complete written assessments and ensure accommodations are properly documented and implemented
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity across all HR systems
- Minimum 3 years of HR and case management experience
- Working knowledge of JWOD/Ability One guidelines and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

, Pay Com (HRIS), and Canva - Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (flexible)
- Must align with and value company culture
- 40-hour work week
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9-hour shifts Monday–Thursday with a 4-hour shift on Friday
