The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals, with a strong emphasis on clinical roles. This individual will independently develop sourcing strategies, manage high-priority searches, and build long-term candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter who thrives in high-volume recruiting, cold outreach, and relationship-driven talent acquisition.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle clinical recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for provider-level roles
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for time-sensitive clinical needs
Cold-call, engage, and qualify clinical candidates daily
Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
Screen and evaluate high volumes of resumes to identify best-fit candidates
Present qualified candidates to leadership for review and selection
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout interviews, offers, negotiations, relocation, and offer acceptance
Track recruiting activity and candidate status within the ATS
Meet aggressive staffing goals, deadlines, and placement targets
Match clinicians’ skills and experience with site-specific needs
Maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring needs
Manage multiple priorities and move seamlessly between tasks
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality throughout the recruitment process
Perform additional duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of healthcare or clinical recruiting experience
Proven success recruiting clinicians, providers, or healthcare professionals
Experience working directly with hiring managers and leadership
Demonstrated ability to meet high-volume recruiting goals
Strong cold-calling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
