• Develop and implement cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill open positions.
• Partner with management to identify hiring needs and create actionable recruitment plans.
• Utilize social media and recruiting platforms to source and engage candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and foster long-term relationships.
• Manage the recruitment cycle—from screening resumes to negotiating offers.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to ensure competitive hiring practices.
• Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics and prepare analytical reports.
• Coordinate off-site recruitment efforts and maintain relationships with universities and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies throughout the hiring process.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skills:
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
