  • Partner with site leaders across Food & Beverage and Cosmetics operations to support hourly and lab‑based teams, ensuring fair, consistent application of tools and policies and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
  • In a proactive and hands‑on manner, train and coach supervisors on all HR programs and tools such as: recognition program, career path, learning and development, communications, hiring assessments, employee onboarding and action‑planning against employee feedback from surveys.

  • Balance strategic priorities and day‑to‑day execution, managing multiple initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and retention initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Provide guidance and partnership on compensation, benefits, and total rewards; demonstrate curiosity and learning agility to deepen expertise in these areas.
  • Identify and resolve employee issues and investigations proactively, addressing concerns early and driving timely, thoughtful solutions that align with business goals and values.
  • Build strong relationships across the business at all levels, but with a focus on frontline employees, supervisors and site managers, maintaining high visibility and trust with both leaders and employees.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts and onboarding for key roles; ensure new hires are set up for success through effective orientation and early engagement.
  • Lead and influence site‑level initiatives related to culture, engagement, recognition, and leadership capability building.
  • Travel periodically across locations to maintain strong site connections and ensure consistent HR partnership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or Generalist roles supporting multi‑site and hourly environments (manufacturing, lab, or production preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and fairness.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, able to engage with hourly employees and senior leaders alike.
  • Demonstrated success working independently and managing time effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset with a reputation for taking ownership and driving results.
  • High learning agility and willingness to expand expertise in areas such as benefits, total rewards, and workforce analytics.

  • 20% Travel:
Ability and willingness to travel between sites as needed.
