At Sales Talent Inc., you will both recruit and strategically manage your own accounts. Daily, you will be interacting with sales leaders, HR professionals, and C-level leaders collaboratively to help them overcome their hiring challenge and hire elite teams.

• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ yrs track record of success in an outside sales, inside sales, or a recruiter role
• Can pass a background check
• Ability to thrive in a non-micro managed work environment
