• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Maintain clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Know hotel property, staff, services, and surrounding areas.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items left behind by guests and use lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to multi‑task.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
