The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager support the leadership and daily operations of all beverage outlets across the resort. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through elevated beverage service while overseeing scheduling, forecasting, training, and day-to-day beverage operations. The Assistant Beverage Manager ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as resort and brand operating standards.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager help maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency, including inventory management, cost controls, and beverage program execution. The Assistant Beverage Manager may also assist with beverage planning and execution for special events and resort-wide activations. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. Prior experience with food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and team development is highly preferred.

- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in upscale environment preferred
- Ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be a team player and dynamic leader
