As Pool Supervisor, you will oversee daily pool operations while serving as a visible leader for lifeguards, recreation attendants, and poolside teams. You’ll set the tone for service excellence, safety, and teamwork—bringing Hilton’s world‑class standards to life in one of San Antonio’s most iconic resort settings.

Shift Pattern:
Flexible to work from 8:30 AM- 8:00 PM on Monday, Friday, and Sundays;
Tuesday-Thursday must be able to work 8:30 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Assists in supervision of fitness center operations in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Participates in marketing, merchandising, programming, conducting inventory, recording and tracking financial statistics (revenues and expenses), soliciting and maintaining membership and membership records, and management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating staff. Conducts personal training and daily workouts. Interacts with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
