- Must have open availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
- Must have intermediate computer skills and experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and have basic knowledge of local alcohol, labor, and tipping laws.
- Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
