Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is seeking a Female Spa Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for spa guests. The resort features over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18‑hole championship golf course.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or front‑desk hotel operations experience. Luxury brand experience preferred.
• Full flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• 8‑hour shifts between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests entering the spa/salon/health club/fitness center.
• Provide the spa manager with administrative and clerical support, including:
  • Word‑processing, typing, e‑mailing, filing, data entry, faxing, copying, and correspondence
• Answer telephones.
• Process mail.
• Take notes and/or participate in dictation.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Perform general office duties.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of the women’s locker room.
