The Front of House Manager at Pharm Table is a high level leadership position that demands hard work, dedication, and humility in the pursuit of excellence. This position will preside over the overarching Guest Experience by ensuring that the facility, ordering systems and FOH staff are prepared for delivering a high level of customer service. (dine in/ to-go/ banquet)
The FOH Manager will be responsible for weekly scheduling in accordance with the volume of sales and special events required to create the right balance for server retention, guest satisfaction and revenue goals. Daily and weekly training including but not limited to: pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, reservations, VIPS, and menu, wine and cocktail knowledge would be expected of this position.
The FOH Manager would also be responsible for training service staff on table etiquette, bussing/ table maintenance, as well as running duties before, during and after each shift. FOH Manager will work with bar staff to ensure production and ordering pars are met for daily and weekly production needs.
