Job DescriptionAs a Valet | Bellperson, you will be responsible for luggage service, parking/return of vehicles, keys, and providing prompt, courteous service throughout guests’ stay. Your aim is to ensure pleasurable accommodations and efficient handling of all guest needs.
Responsibilities- Follow Moments of Service or Forbes standards during every interaction with guests
- Assist guests with parking, including issuing claim tickets and guiding vehicles to designated spaces; operate all standard motor vehicles safely and in limited space
- Retrieve guests’ vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage when necessary
- Deliver messages
- Recommend dining establishments, entertainment spots, and shopping centers
- Assist as a bellperson during peak times if needed
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous valet experience preferred
- Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and work on feet entire shift
- Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have an excellent driving record (less than 2 moving violations in the last two years)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have alcohol training certification (TABC)
