Together We Can Do Great Things® Every Person Matters® This Is More Than A Job®The Monarch San Antonio – A Legacy of Service and Sophistication The Monarch San Antonio, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is a 200‑room, 17‑story boutique hotel located in the Hemisfair District of downtown San Antonio. It is set to open in early 2026 and is inspired by the Monarch butterfly that migrates through the region each winter.
The hotel will feature a full‑service spa, a terrace pool, and five food and beverage concepts, including a rooftop restaurant and bar.

- Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Office, property PMS and Excel. Ability to use Microsoft Office to execute and communicate with internal and external guest.
- Execution of commercial services (Sales/Events/Revenue/Marketing) systems standards, procedures, and policies to support hotel initiatives.
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and event specific data entry for events booked within sales system to ensure accurate and timely distribution of event information internally and externally.
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic audits and monitoring of the sales system to ensure proper use and compliance of commercial services standards and procedures, particularly for the events function.
- Assists with all sales/events system database(s) ongoing projects related to event space, event space inventory, and menus.
- Assists Director of Events to maintain and update sales systems default setup values for event spaces and menus in collaboration with Sales Coordinator and DOSM.
- Performs daily, weekly, and event specific tasks relating to property PMS and communication channels to support Events Team throughout the planning, execution and post‑event phases of the Event Management process.
- Operates as support lead coordinator by assigning, tracking and providing periodic audits to ensure timely follow‑up in collaboration with Sales Coordinator.
- Communicates commercial services systems Best Practices for BEO & Menu management to all users within hotel.
- Generates daily, weekly, monthly reports for hotel users to include but not be limited to TBA and Option Reports, Decision Due Reports, Conflict Reports, BEO not checked complete reports.
- Generates periodic ad‑hoc reports as required.
- Data entry using the Sales and hotel systems such as Delphi, OnQ/PEP, R&I and other systems required for the position.
