• Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right.
• Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork—stocking supplies, supporting service, and ensuring everything is ready for action.
• Enforce safe practices and smart decisions—handling lost items with care, managing access to sensitive areas, and ensuring health standards are never compromised.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance—keep every surface, tool, and space spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and the team proud.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of kitchen operations experience, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Complies with certification requirements as applicable:
  Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
