• Meet and greet guests upon arrival, offer seating choice, escort them to tables, and present menus.
• Read, maintain, and log daily entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper dining room set‑up.
• Receive records and arrange reservations and special events.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
