Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm) (FT/Entry Level) Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Schedule will be:
Monday - Friday = 8:00am - 4:00pm
Those looking for an entry‑level position or to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will find the training we provide ideal. Upon hire, we will complete the RBT training course and prepare you to take the RBT exam! Most of our Team Therapists become RBTs within 60 days of employment.

- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in 1:1 and group settings while reinforcing our clients
- Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or have experience with children of those ages
- Consistent full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Willing to work in an in‑clinic setting with your client
- Reliable and punctual, ready to work at the start of each shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel between job sites

- Complete 40‑hour RBT training modules and provide certificate upon hire
- CPR and first‑aid certification; provide evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire
