Overview
Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 2:00pm)(FT/Entry Level) at Blossom Center for Children. This range is provided by Blossom Center for Children. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Schedule and trainingWe are hiring for part-time positions with a Monday through Friday schedule. Schedule will be:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Those seeking an ENTRY LEVEL position or to become an RBT, we provide all training needed. Upon hire, we will go through the RBT Training course and prepare you to take the RBT exam. Most of our Team Therapists become RBTs within 60 days of employment. Please include at least two references when submitting your resume.

- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in 1:1 and group settings while reinforcing targeted skills and behaviors
- Experience providing ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
- Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or have experience with children in that age range
- Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with clients
- Punctual, reliable, and ready to work at the start of every shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to assume and maintain various postures for extended periods
- Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites

- Complete 40-hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
- CPR certification and First Aid Training; provide evidence of CPR training upon hire
