Established and rapidly growing healthcare practice in San Antonio, Texas seeks Polysomnographic Technologist to join its team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Under the general supervision of the Medical Director, perform diagnostic and titration polysomnography, multiple sleep latency tests, maintenance of wakefulness tests, and home sleep apnea tests.
- Initiate and monitor PAP therapy.
- Provide supervision of other technical personnel and ensure continuity of care for the patient.

Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT), Certified Polysomnography Technologist (CPSGT) - American Board of Sleep Medicine:
Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) - National Board of Respiratory Care:
Certified Respiratory Therapist-Sleep Disorders Specialist (CRT-SDS) - Registered Respiratory Therapist – Sleep Disorders Specialist (RRT-SDS)
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR or BCLS certification
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; proficient computer skills
- Effective customer service skills; social skills; and age-specific and cultural competencies
