We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Inventory Coordinator to help keep our practice running smoothly. This role plays a key part in ensuring our office and clinical teams have the supplies they need to provide excellent patient care every day.
AboutThe Role
As a Supply Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring, ordering, and managing office and clinical supplies to support efficient daily operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of office, clinical, and dental/medical supplies
- Placing supply orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming shipments
- Tracking supply usage and identifying trends to prevent shortages or over-ordering
- Maintaining organized supply rooms and storage areas
- Reconciling invoices with deliveries and reporting discrepancies
- Collaborating with managers and staff to anticipate supply needs
- Assisting with supply budgeting and cost-control guidelines
- Maintaining accurate digital and/or paper inventory records
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running efficiently and communicates well with both vendors and team members.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in inventory, supply management, or a dental/medical office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory software, or practice management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a pediatric dental or medical practice
