Laurel Ridge Treatment Center has been the premier provider of specialized behavioral health and addictive disease services in San Antonio and South Texas. Our 330-bed facility is one of the largest freestanding psychiatric hospitals in the United States. POSITION PURPOSE
:
To develop and educate direct Military and VA referral relationships in designated regional area markets. Travel to assigned military installations to educate referral sources about Mission Resiliency and VA programs, the clinical criteria, programming, data, and administration & admission process to generate desired utilization/admissions to the facility's continuum of care. To provide the pinnacle of customer service to all accounts, internally and externally.
Assigned rosters. Available by phone/email after hours.
- Follow up calls/emails on all account activity including:
- after call visit follow ups
- follow up calls from referral sources
- follow up calls on admissions and referrals
- follow up calls and collateral on discharges
- follow up on new collateral blitz’
