Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Remote

& Benefits

Base pay range: $78,000 – $90,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work remote & in-center Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
  • 35 billable hours target.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Perform assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
  • Create individualized, research‑based client programs.
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
  • Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
  • Supervise interns and RBTs in‑center and in‑home.
  • Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service training.
  • Insurance correspondence (pre‑auth requests).
  • Safety management.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Maintains BACB certification.
  • Texas LBA license (preferred).
  • Maintains state certification.
  • Maintains BLS/CPR certification.
