Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national ABA franchise dedicated to quality. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science, a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement in children with ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help clients become productive and fulfilled adults, ultimately increasing overall quality of life.

Base pay range: $78,000 – $90,000 per year.

• Work remote & in-center Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
• 35 billable hours target.
• Quality assurance.
• Perform assessments (VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc.).
• Create individualized, research‑based client programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
• Supervise interns and RBTs in‑center and in‑home.
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service training.
• Insurance correspondence (pre‑auth requests).
• Safety management.

• Maintains BACB certification.
• Texas LBA license (preferred).
• Maintains state certification.
• Maintains BLS/CPR certification.
