Must-haves3-5 years of experience working with Medical, Hospital Billing, Collections, Cash Reconciliation, multi-facility hospital business office environment, inpatient and outpatient billing requirements of UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing forms.
Summary- Review accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to billing.
- Resolve claim rejections, denials, and outstanding balances.
- Verify insurance and authorization details.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and insurance teams to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain high-quality, productivity, and customer service standards in alignment with organizational values.
- Process and submit inpatient (UB-04) and outpatient/professional (HCFA 1500) claims.
