The ideal candidate will assist members with health concerns, provide quality coaching programs, and engage individuals in healthy lifestyle changes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant health field, a Health Coaching certificate, and at least 3 years of experience.

This role is pivotal in supporting members' health goals in an integrated primary care model.
