Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm)(FT/Entry Level)

Join the Blossom Center for Children as an RBT. This full‑time, entry level position offers a supportive, fun team environment and opportunities for growth.

$16.00/hr – $19.00/hr

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

This role involves providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2‑10 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT will:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Assist with behavior management and skill building activities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive in‑clinic environment.

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Comfort working with children ages 2‑10 years old with ASD.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Willingness to work in a clinic setting.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain various postures for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• Demonstration of Blossom's Core Values.
• Completion of 40‑hour RBT Training Modules and certification upon hire.
• CPR and First Aid certification in live format upon hire.
• Provide two (2) references when submitting resume.
