Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm)(FT/Entry Level)
Join the Blossom Center for Children as an RBT. This full‑time, entry level position offers a supportive, fun team environment and opportunities for growth.
Base Pay Range$16.00/hr – $19.00/hr
ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2‑10 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT will:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Assist with behavior management and skill building activities.
- Maintain a safe and supportive in‑clinic environment.
- Experience providing ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
- Comfort working with children ages 2‑10 years old with ASD.
- Availability Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Willingness to work in a clinic setting.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain various postures for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
- Demonstration of Blossom's Core Values.
- Completion of 40‑hour RBT Training Modules and certification upon hire.
- CPR and First Aid certification in live format upon hire.
- Provide two (2) references when submitting resume.
