Registered Behavioral Technician; RBT

$21.00/hr – $29.00/hr

• Monday and Tuesday, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Part‑time

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4‑week mark
• Eligibility requires perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks and no schedule changes in that period

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem‑solving skills

• Do you have a valid RBT Certification?
• Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?
