Overview

Female Caregiver in 410 Harry Wurzbach Area – Senior Solutions (Senior Solutions At Home, Inc.).

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated female caregiver to provide personal care and support in the 410 Harry Wurzbach area. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities and ensure the comfort and well-being of the individual in their care.

Base pay range: $14.00/yr - $14.00/yr

Location:

410 Harry Wurzbach Area, San Antonio, TX

Pay: $15 for CNAs and $14 for Non-licensed

• Obtain vital signs, record them, and notify the office of deviations according to standard practice.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, hair care, shaving, deodorant, skin care; nail care and oral hygiene as needed to facilitate treatment; nail cutting or filing not performed).
• Changing bed linens and making the bed.
• Assist with eating and maintaining adequate nutrition and fluid intake.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers and support with elimination needs.
• Perform incidental household services essential to patient health care (light housekeeping, room straightening, laundry).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Apply basic infection control principles and notify supervisor with any concerns.
• Follow the Plan of Care as instructed by the Agency health care professional and document accordingly.
• Observe changes in patient condition or family situation and report to the office; follow the visit schedule and communicate schedule changes as appropriate.
• Promptly contact patients and the office if unable to visit as scheduled, with a full report on patient care and visit times.
• Communicate appropriately with patient/family and Agency personnel; participate in required in-services and meetings (12 hours of in-service per year).
• Adhere to the Agency’s Policies and Procedures and perform other duties as assigned; participate in Performance Improvement activities as indicated.
