• Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well‑being.
• Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

• Caring Heart:
  You’re passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact.
• Great Communicator:
  You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
• Experienced Professional:
  At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 year experience working with seniors, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course.
• CNA training (not required, but a plus!)
• Reliable and Trustworthy:
  You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence.

$15-$18.50 Depending on experience.

The Attendance Bonus Program is designed to show appreciation for those who consistently show up on time and ready to provide exceptional care!

• Clock in and out on time for all scheduled shifts (no late check‑ins).
• Work all scheduled hours (no absences).
• Complete the whole two‑week pay period with perfect attendance and zero client‑reported issues.
