Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $17.50/hr

Griswold Home Care in San Antonio is calling all compassionate individuals to apply to join our amazing team as a full or part time Caregiver!

Base Compensation:
Depending on the shift duration

• $14.00 for a 4+ Hour Shift
• $15.00 for a 3 Hour Shift
• $17.00 for a 2 Hour Shift
• Additional $0.50 for Weekend Shifts!

What We Need From You

• Reliable transportation
• At least 6 months of PCA, Caregiving, or CNA experience working with the elderly
• Must be able to pass a background check

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1+ years of home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts. We are willing to train you. Life as a caregiver with Griswold Home Care

This companionship and caregiving position offers flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on both day and night shifts. Clients may receive as little as 2 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care.

As a caregiver, you help seniors live as fully and independently as possible while remaining in the places they love. You provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship, helping with tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. You help with personal hygiene and assist with daily tasks such as bathing and feeding. You may provide companionship to clients who have dementia or cognitive impairments.

Your patient and professional demeanor supports high-quality care.

You complete documentation for each shift, submit timely updates, and communicate with the office about client needs. You will contribute to helping seniors enjoy their golden years and build a rewarding career in caregiving.
