Mental Health Therapist

This is a on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LPC-A, LMSW) located in San Antonio, TX. The therapist provides individual, family, and/or couples therapy to clients across the lifespan using evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered interventions. The therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or associate status as applicable)
• Experience or interest in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, solution-focused, integrative approaches)
• Strong professionalism, boundaries, and communication skills
