ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Serve as in person supervisor to current Dallas clients / RBTs in a "BCBA" capacity while receiving oversight and mentorship from BCBAs
- Provides up to 30 hours hours doing "BCBA" related tasks
- Provides 10 hours of direct therapy / RBT services to clients
- Supporting new hire BT/RBT training as needed
- Proactively manage and develop RBT staff
- A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
- Pending BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within 1 year of offer
- Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
- Previous experience in supervision preferred.
- Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB
- Must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by In Bloom
- Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone
- Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff
- Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude
- Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
