Little Spurs Autism Centers is looking to build a caring, energetic team to serve children at both of our locations as well as in the client's home. We are searching for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team on an immediate part‑time basis.

• Multiple career pathways for RBTs that include promotions and additional responsibilities within our center

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
• Must have Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
• Must pass criminal background check
• Enjoys working with children!

• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date

• Provide play‑based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis
• Work with encouraging and supportive team members
• Utilize a company provided iPad to collect data
• Work under the supervision and support of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Little Spurs Autism Centers was created in 2022 after our sister company, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, saw the increasing need for supportive, evidence‑based ABA therapy among their patients. Our purpose is to make meaningful changes in our clients' lives by focusing on their strengths and working together as a team to help provide them with the skills to succeed.
