Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work day shifts with 7-10 hour weekday and weekend rotating schedule

• 36 guaranteed hours per week

• 13-week assignment length

• Call requirements included

• Must have 2+ years of hospital experience

• Required to scrub assist during cardiac and EP diagnostic and interventional procedures

• Operate Mac Lab system to record, measure and document during various cardiac procedures

• Must be able to operate cardiac stimulator (Bloom) and use Mac Lab recorder

• Work with equipment including Mac Lab, Volcano IVUS, Mac Lab hemo monitoring, Philips FD 20 and FD 10

• Documentation using Meditech and Mac Lab systems

• Perform cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, vascular peripheral procedures, and EP scrub assist including device implantations

• Care for adult patients exclusively

• Required certifications:
Active TX RN License, RCIS or RCES, BLS

• Facility provides scrubs for Cath Lab staff

• Must maintain clean and neat appearance with covered tattoos and no visible piercings other than ears

• Required to float as needed per Methodist Floating Policy

• EP scrub experience and vascular procedures experience preferred
