, we strive to Help Every Angel Reach Therapeutic Success. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Director for the San Antonio, Texas market. Salary up to: $79,000. The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Director provides clinical leadership, oversight, and direct speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients while supporting the growth and development of the therapy program in the San Antonio region.
This role blends hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including staff supervision, training, and program development. The Clinical Director serves as the primary speech-language pathology leader and clinical resource for the region.
- Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients
- Carry an initial, small clinical caseload with a gradual transition toward leadership-focused responsibilities
- Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable
- Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to therapy staff
- Support program growth, quality assurance, and clinical best practices
- Serve as the primary speech-language pathology presence in the region
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
- Participate in local travel for patient care, staff support, and community engagement
