Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead a team of amazing Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director in Spring Branch (San Antonio).
Mission:

- Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapists.
- Ensure high‑quality patient care and exceed expectations.
- Build personal and professional connections with patients and team members.
- Continuously grow professionally and foster a learning environment for the team.
- Collaborate with a community of Physical Therapists, mentors, and Includes regional leadership.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with an accredited PT program.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management.
- Commitment to providing the best patient care and a culture of integrity and compassion.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
