• Full-time Salaried 40 hour a week Position
• Inpatient Rehab Hospital Affiliated with a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Treat Neuro (Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord) plus Ortho, Multi-Trauma, & Burn Patients
• Mentorship & Training available to ALL new hires by Lead PT
• 4 - 6 patients / day
• 1 hour set aside for documentation
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. At its core, it’s the heart of rehabilitation. In this setting you will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over their stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life.

You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Multi-Trauma patient populations, seeing 4-6 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Texas license or ability to obtain
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
