Lead Stylist

Job Description:

Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.

• Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
• Occasionally assisting in organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon.
• Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to work with kids.

• Current Cosmetology license for this state.
• Minimum two years experience in management of a salon.
• Minimum five years experience cutting hair.
• Able to work weekends.
