Job Overview

The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations and supporting the financial needs of a fast‑growing healthcare platform. This role will work closely with senior finance leadership and interact with private equity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes across multiple healthcare locations
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
  • Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
  • Partner with operations and clinical leaders to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
  • Support audits, tax filings and compliance with healthcare‑related financial regulations
  • Assist with integration of newly acquired locations or entities
  • Help improve and scale accounting processes, controls and systems to support growth
  • Prepare financial schedules and reporting for senior leadership and private equity partners
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in a private equity‑backed environment and/or multisite healthcare organization strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
  • Experience with accounting systems and ERP platforms; healthcare or multisite experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
