Aboutthe Role
We’re seeking someone who understands the unique financial workflows of new construction, including job costing, vendor payments, draw schedules, and weekly reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position with a salary range of $40,000–$50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities- Handle job costing, cost allocation, and tracking expenses by project
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices and client payments
- Maintain accurate financial records in Quick Books
- Prepare and review weekly financial and job‑progress reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow tracking
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial files
- Communicate with vendors, trade partners, and internal team members regarding billing and payment status
- Construction bookkeeping experience is required
- Proficiency in Quick Books
- Strong understanding of job costing and construction‑related financial workflows
- Experience preparing weekly reports and tracking project‑level financials
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in residential homebuilding or construction trades
- Familiarity with draw schedules, lien releases, and vendor compliance
- Comfort working in a small, fast‑growing business environment
