Responsibilities- Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Review and audit timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
- Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes in the payroll system
- Reconcile payroll reports and assist with general ledger entries as needed
- Support year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and payroll tax filings
- 1+ years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar ERP systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
